Tim Engmann
Tim Engmann has 15 years of management experience in large companies and over ten years of experience as a consultant and interim manager. He is chairman of the supervisory board of a medium-sized tourism company, lecturer for corporate management at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University and founder of Engmann & Steininger Berater GmbH. Tim Engmann, who holds a degree in business administration, has been Managing Director of Organ GmbH since 2021.

Johannes Gramß
Johannes Gramß is the founder of Die Kompetenzmanager GmbH, which in 2020 merged into INQUA Coaching GmbH & Co. KG. There Johannes Gramß is a co-managing partner together with Martin Hertkorn. The graduate psychologist Johannes Gramß has been active for many years as a coach, developer and implementer of leadership workshops as well as a large group facilitator, organizational consultant and managing director.

Dr. Martin Hertkorn
Martin Hertkorn founded the INQUA Institute in 1997, which he manages together with Johannes Gramß under the brand name INQUA Coaching GmbH & Co. KG as a managing partner. Martin Hertkorn is the founder of the High Profiling method and has been working as a coach, organizational consultant and managing director for many years. He holds a doctorate in sociology and is a senior coach in the German Federal Association for Coaching (DBVC).

Dr. Jörg Fengler
Prof. Dr. Fengler is a member of the expert council of the DBVC (Deutscher Bundesverband Coaching e. V.), a scientific reviewer for the research award of the German Society for Systemic Family Therapy, and a member of the scientific advisory board of the Zeitschrift für Gestalttherapie. He is on the management team of the INeKO Institute and managing director of the Fengler Institute for Applied Psychology.

Prof. Dr. Bruno Hildenbrand
Prof. Dr. Bruno Hildenbrand was professor of socialization theory and micro-sociology at the Institute of Sociology at Friedrich Schiller University in Jena until his retirement in 2015. He was a lecturer and supervisor at the Training Institute for Systemic Therapy and Counseling Meilen in Zurich. Prof. Dr. Bruno Hildenbrand lives in Marburg and is the author of numerous books, including “Introduction to Genogram Work”.

Prof. Dr. Rudolf Wimmer
Prof. Dr. Rudolf Wimmer is Professor of Leadership and Organization at the Institute for Family Business at the University of Witten/Herdecke. His consulting focus includes developing and coaching top management teams and building leadership structures. He is co-founder of osb-i.
OUR FOUNDER

Thomas Dallüge † 2021
Thomas Dallüge, a graduate physicist and psychologist, worked for more than 20 years as an executive coach and management consultant. He was co-founder and managing director of several consulting companies, including artop GmbH, osb berlin and trinfactory. Thomas Dallüge was a member of the DBVC/Specialist Group Profession. He founded organ GmbH together with Matthias Eireiner in 2018 and handed it over to Martin Hertkorn in 2021.

Dr. Matthias Eireiner
Matthias Eireiner, doctorated in electrical engineering, was CEO of a software provider for banks in Germany, Austria and Spain until 2018. Prior to that, he spent six years as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company. As CTO, he has gained extensive experience in software design and development. Eireiner has taken on new professional opportunities, but supports the new management team in an advisory capacity.
