Dr. Matthias Eireiner
Founder
Matthias Eireiner was CEO of FinReach, a software provider for banks in Germany, Austria and Spain. Prior to that, he spent six years as a management consultant with Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company, most recently as a manager. He has gathered extensive experience in software design and development in previous positions as a CTO. He holds a doctorate in electrical engineering.

Thomas Dallüge
Founder
Thomas Dallüge, certified physicist and certified psychologist, has been working as a management coach and management consultant for more than 20 years. In both open and in-house programs, he supports executives and consultants in their professionalization. In addition to trinfactory, he co-founded osb Berlin and artop GmbH.
